Professional Experience: Dr Wushe is a senior business executive with vast experience encompassing basic research to product development. He has a thorough understanding of the role of research in product development processes. He is an expert in strategic and tactical planning, project analysis, as well as allocation of resources, programme proposal review and evaluation, assessments of product manufacturability, negotiation with subcontractors and vendors, and policy development. Dr Wushe has substantial knowledge in a broad range of technologies within the HVAC Industry.
Currently, he is Executive Chairman of the Board of Directors of Country Cool with special focus on operations, strategic management, research and product development. He has managed a HVAC project for CAPS Holdings valued at US$300 000. Prior to that, he was the Operations Manager at Macdrive investments which is a Mechanical Engineering firm in the HVAC industry. He led the organisation to grow into a multi-million-dollar company through innovation and massive product development. He has also spearheaded the Beitbridge Border post air-conditioning project with a value of US$2.5 million, and at the time of printing this profile, the utility had reached 95% completion.
